简单分享冷芯机制作铸件的型壳方法

铸件和冷芯机之间其实存在莫大的关系,铸件表面的型壳就是通过冷芯机制作而成的,当铸件最终成型之后,这部分型壳又该如何处理呢?关于这方面通常可以采用两种方法加以处置:

一种是抛丸处置,一种是通过振动的方式使其剥落。当关弹丸在向心力感化下成为高速丸流的时候,直接撞击铸件外表,就能使附着的型壳剥落。而因冷芯机作用而产生的压痕也会在金属弹性力的作用下遭到紧缩应力,弹丸被反弹归去。可见,这种方式对于型砂质量的要求非常严格。
但如果利用机器的振动来使型壳得以从铸件上剥落,那么打击频率越高,打击功越大,效果也就会越好。而且这种设备不仅简单,出产率又高,只是对于铸件上小孔、盲孔、窄槽等处的型壳不易清理干净。

Moreover, this kind of equipment is not only simple, but also has high production rate. It is difficult to clean the shell on the small holes, blind holes and narrow grooves on the casting.
